INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CorHack mobile application and its related services.

CorHack is operated by Altamsun Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. In these Terms & Conditions, Altamsun Ltd may be referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” The CorHack mobile application may be referred to as the “App,” “CorHack,” or the “Service.”

By downloading, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using CorHack, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use CorHack.

GENERAL WELLNESS SERVICE

CorHack is a general wellness application designed to help users track nutrition, food choices, workouts, sleep habits, lifestyle activities, streaks, goals, and general progress.

The App may provide food-analysis results, nutrition-based T-Score estimates, badges, achievements, reminders, and general wellness suggestions.

CorHack is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, medical diagnoses, laboratory testing, medical treatment, hormone testing, testosterone testing, or clinical assessments.

CorHack is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or health condition.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, supplement use, exercise routine, sleep habits, or health-related behaviour.

T-SCORE AND TESTOSTERONE-RELATED INFORMATION

The CorHack T-Score is generated using nutrition-based logic developed for the App. It considers food and nutritional information submitted by the user and may increase or decrease based on the nutritional characteristics of the selected foods.

The T-Score is an algorithmic wellness estimate. It is not a testosterone measurement, medical test, blood test, laboratory result, diagnosis, clinical assessment, or guarantee of any health outcome.

A T-Score result does not confirm whether your testosterone level is high, low, normal, increasing, or decreasing.

CorHack may provide general nutrition-related suggestions and may suggest basic nutritional supplements. CorHack does not prescribe medicines, testosterone treatments, hormone therapies, medical treatments, or prescription products.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow any general wellness suggestion presented inside the App.

ELIGIBILITY AND MINIMUM AGE

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use CorHack.

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum-age requirement.

We may suspend or remove an account if we reasonably believe that the account belongs to a user under the minimum age.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY

You may create a CorHack account using an email address and password or through an available third-party login method, such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and protecting access to your device.

You must not share your password with another person, allow unauthorised users to access your account, or attempt to access another user’s account.

You must contact us promptly at contact@altamsun.com if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

CorHack is a paid subscription service.

Users must purchase a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription before accessing the paid App features.

CorHack does not currently offer a free tier or a free trial.

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

Your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel it through the subscription-management settings provided by Apple or Google before the applicable renewal date.

Subscription pricing, billing dates, renewal terms, taxes, and payment handling may be governed by the applicable App Store or Google Play Store rules displayed at the time of purchase.

Altamsun Ltd does not directly process or store your full payment-card information.

RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription status, entitlement checks, purchase restoration, and access to paid features.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your subscription through the subscription-management settings provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Deleting your CorHack account, uninstalling the App, or ceasing to use the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Altamsun Ltd does not voluntarily provide refunds for subscription payments once a subscription has been purchased.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that must be provided under applicable law or the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

Where a payment, refund, cancellation, or billing issue is handled by Apple or Google, you may need to contact the relevant store provider directly.

FOOD IMAGES AND FOOD ANALYSIS

CorHack allows users to submit food photographs for analysis.

When you submit a food photograph, the image may be transmitted temporarily to backend systems so that the App can analyse the food and provide nutrition-related information and a T-Score estimate.

You must only upload images that you have the right to use.

You must not upload personal photographs, images containing faces, identification documents, financial documents, unlawful content, offensive material, or images unrelated to food analysis.

Food photographs submitted for normal analysis are not intended to form part of your permanent cloud account profile.

OPTIONAL MODEL IMPROVEMENT

CorHack may offer an optional feature allowing users to permit eligible submitted food images to be used to improve food-analysis models and nutrition results.

Where this feature is available, participation is optional.

Refusing or withdrawing permission for optional model improvement will not prevent you from using the normal food-analysis feature.

Additional information about the purpose, retention period, withdrawal method, and applicable consent process will be presented inside the App and explained in our Privacy Policy.

ANALYTICS, DIAGNOSTICS, AND APP IMPROVEMENT

We may use limited technical, diagnostic, performance, and usage information to maintain the App, identify errors, improve reliability, protect the Service, understand how features are used, and improve the user experience.

CorHack may use third-party tools including:

Google Firebase Analytics to understand general App usage and feature engagement.

Google Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, non-fatal errors, and technical problems.

Google Firebase Performance Monitoring to identify slow loading times, network-performance problems, and selected technical-performance issues.

Microsoft Clarity to understand general App navigation, interaction patterns, usability problems, and user-experience issues through tools that may include session recordings and heatmaps.

Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before enabling optional analytics or session-recording features.

Where optional analytics or session-recording controls are made available inside the App, refusing or withdrawing permission will not prevent you from using the core CorHack features.

We do not use these tools for medical diagnosis or to sell personal information to advertisers.

USER CONTENT, FEEDBACK, AND COMMENTS

CorHack may allow paid users to submit feature requests, comments, reviews, suggestions, or other feedback.

You must not submit passwords, financial details, identification documents, private medical records, unlawful content, abusive content, or information that infringes another person’s rights.

You grant Altamsun Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce, and use submitted feedback where reasonably necessary to operate CorHack, respond to requests, moderate content, improve the Service, and evaluate potential new features.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms & Conditions or is reasonably considered inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must use CorHack lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.

Attempt to bypass a subscription requirement, payment process, security measure, access restriction, scan limit, or account restriction.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, modify, exploit, or interfere with the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Upload malicious code, harmful content, or material that could damage the App or another user’s device.

Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other methods to misuse the App, overload the Service, or gain unauthorised access.

Create false accounts, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information.

Use the App in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

Use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, testing, diagnosis, or treatment.

We may restrict, suspend, or permanently block access where we reasonably believe that these Terms & Conditions have been violated.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

CorHack relies on third-party services to provide certain functions.

These services may include Supabase for authentication and cloud-database services, RevenueCat for subscription management, Google Firebase for analytics and technical monitoring, Microsoft Clarity for App-interaction insights, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Apple App Store systems, and Google Play Store systems.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations.

We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, account restrictions, or changes caused by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

DEVICE PERMISSIONS

CorHack may request access to certain device features, including your camera, photo library, and notifications.

Camera access may be used to capture food photographs and scan product barcodes.

Photo-library access may be used to select a profile image or upload a food photograph for analysis.

Notification permission may be used to provide meal reminders, badge notifications, streak alerts, habit reminders, or other App notifications.

You may revoke permissions through your device settings.

Some App features may not function correctly if you refuse or revoke a required permission.

LOCALLY STORED INFORMATION

Certain information may remain stored locally on your device, including food-log history, locally saved food images, workout logs, sleep logs, T-Score history, nutrition targets, streaks, and selected wellness-related information.

If you uninstall CorHack, delete App data, replace your device, or lose access to your device, locally stored information may be permanently deleted.

Altamsun Ltd may not be able to restore information that was only stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any appropriate device backups.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

CorHack, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, features, nutrition-based logic, T-Score logic, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Altamsun Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for your own lawful personal use.

You must not copy, distribute, sell, license, modify, reproduce, publish, or commercially exploit any part of CorHack unless you have received written permission from Altamsun Ltd or applicable law expressly allows the activity.

APP AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that CorHack will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

We may update, modify, add, suspend, restrict, replace, or remove App features where reasonably necessary.

Features may change over time due to technical requirements, security concerns, legal obligations, third-party-service changes, user feedback, or product improvements.

We may release updates that are required for continued use of the App.

We are not responsible for problems caused by your failure to install an available App update.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently block an account where we reasonably believe that:

You have violated these Terms & Conditions.

You have misused the App.

You have attempted to bypass a subscription, security control, scan limit, or access restriction.

Your activity creates a security, legal, or technical risk.

Your conduct may harm Altamsun Ltd, CorHack, another user, or a third party.

We may take reasonable steps to investigate suspected misuse and protect the Service.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may notify you of an account suspension or termination.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your CorHack account through the App settings.

Deleting your account may permanently remove cloud-stored account information associated with your account, subject to limited retention required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and record-keeping purposes.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription.

You must separately cancel an active subscription through the applicable store subscription settings.

DISCLAIMERS

CorHack is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Food-analysis results will always be complete, exact, or accurate.

Nutrition estimates will match professional laboratory testing or professional nutritional assessment.

T-Score results will reflect your actual testosterone level or any medical condition.

The App will produce a specific health, fitness, lifestyle, or wellness outcome.

General suggestions will be suitable for every user.

You remain responsible for your health-related decisions and for seeking professional advice where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altamsun Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic loss arising from your use of or inability to use CorHack.

We will not be responsible for loss caused by:

Your reliance on CorHack as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your failure to secure your account or device.

The loss of locally stored information following uninstallation, device loss, device replacement, or deletion of App data.

A third-party service, store provider, payment provider, internet provider, or device failure outside our reasonable control.

Your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be restricted.

INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate Altamsun Ltd for reasonable losses, costs, or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of CorHack, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.

This section does not apply where a loss was caused by our own unlawful conduct or negligence.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of CorHack is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, protect, retain, and share information, including information relating to accounts, food images, wellness features, subscriptions, analytics, diagnostics, performance monitoring, and session recordings.

You should read the Privacy Policy before using CorHack.

LINKS TO OTHER SERVICES

CorHack may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Altamsun Ltd.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or security of third-party websites or services.

You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using a third-party service.

GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region, disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or CorHack will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any consumer right that applies to you under mandatory applicable law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to CorHack, App features, subscriptions, legal requirements, security requirements, third-party services, or our business operations.

Where a change is important, we may notify users through the App, by email, or through another appropriate method.

The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of CorHack after an updated version becomes effective means that you accept the revised Terms & Conditions, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
